WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Ability to work full time job in different parts of the day (work in shifts);
Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian language - both verbal and written;
English - conversational level;
Ability to learn quickly and make quick decisions;
High sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.
AS PART ON THE TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU WILL LEARN:
How to work in all stations;
Principles of employee training;
Hospitality;
Principles of leading different work stations/areas;
Shift leadeship skills.
SHIFT LEADER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Ensuring that we provide excellent customer service;
Making sure that we provide safe and high-quality products for our customers;
Providing a safe, comfortable and clean environment for employees and customers;
Leading and motivating our people in our job journey;
Achieving the restaurant's business goals by working in cooperation with other team members.
