WE OFFER YOU:

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Ability to work full time job in different parts of the day (work in shifts);

  • Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian language - both verbal and written;

  • English - conversational level;

  • Ability to learn quickly and make quick decisions;

  • High sense of responsibility;

  • Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.

AS PART ON THE TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to work in all stations;

  • Principles of employee training;

  • Hospitality;

  • Principles of leading different work stations/areas;

  • Shift leadeship skills.

SHIFT LEADER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Ensuring that we provide excellent customer service;

  • Making sure that we provide safe and high-quality products for our customers;

  • Providing a safe, comfortable and clean environment for employees and customers;

  • Leading and motivating our people in our job journey;

  • Achieving the restaurant's business goals by working in cooperation with other team members.
