THE POSITION

iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit an Administration and Procurement Coordinator.

Based in Warsaw and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Administration and Procurement Coordinator will organize and coordinate the work of the administrative department (1 FTE).

The Administration and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the organization and preparation of meetings and events, manage the fleet and support business travel of the Company's employees, overseeing the circulation of documents, ensuring that documentation is complete and correct, administrative support to the office staff, executing various office and service purchases and supplying departments with necessary work tools based on the Company's purchasing procedures, as well as other work assigned by the supervisor (CFO).

iSpot Poland, the Apple Premium Resellers within 1923 Investments plc, operates a chain of 32 stunning Apple Premium Resellers under the iSpot brand in Warsaw, Krakow, Gorzow, Gdansk, Gdynia, Wroclaw, Zielona Gora, Lodz, Poznan, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin, Katowice, Tarnow and Janki. iSpot Poland also provides supply and innovative integrations solutions, technical assistance and training to corporate, local government and individual clients, including major Polish telecom operators, cable networks, schools and universities.

1923 Investments plc has a diverse array of operating subsidiaries across four reportable segments – technology, Apple Premium Resellers, logistics and oil & gas. Its commercial activities are located in Malta, Poland, Hungary, Germany and the UK.

1923 Investments is the investment arm of Hili Ventures Limited, its ultimate parent.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office administration and minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating the work of a team. Experience in corporate purchasing, selecting the best suppliers, negotiating, working with contractors, and organizing meetings, events for min. 20 people are essential. Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as proactivity, commitment, willingness to act are also a must. Good knowledge of English is mandatory- min. B2 (spoken and written).

The role will require willingness to work at the reception desk, as well as to streamline the office.
