iSpot Poland is looking for a person for the position of Contact Center Consultant.
Based in Warsaw and reporting to the Contact Center Coordinator, the Contact Center Consultant's duties will include providing information about products and services, presenting iSpot's offerings, supporting customers by verifying the status of orders and solving problems related to purchases through the website or in stationary stores, and after-sales service for iSpot customers - accepting returns and complaints. In addition, cooperation with other departments of the company to carry out assigned tasks and contact with external partners.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position will have 6 months of experience in the Call / Contact Center industry, including experience in sales and customer service. We expect knowledge and ability to use sales techniques, very good skills in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of English at a level to communicate freely is essential.
