THE POSITION
iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who will be responsible for ensuring compliance of data processing with data protection regulations, creating procedures and maintaining documentation on personal data protection. DPO will monitor and control compliance with personal data protection rules under applicable laws, guidelines and procedures of the group. Data Protection Officer will also be responsible for monitoring and implementing changes in regulations, guidelines, current recommendations, and good practices in the area of personal data protection. Reporting directly to the board, Data Protection Officer will represent companies in contacts with supervisory authorities, respond to inquiries, complaints and requests from data subjects or state authorities and will provide ongoing support and advice in data protection.

REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate holds a university degree in law, minimum 3 years’ experience as DPO (preferred in retail/e-commerce industry), has practical knowledge of personal data regulations and speaks English fluently (including knowledge of personal data terminology). Ideal candidate should take the initiative, be responsible, hold great communication skill and be familiar with MS Office and Legalis/Lex legal programs. Postgraduate and/or courses in data protection are welcome, as well as knowledge of OneTrust platform.
