E-Commerce Manager

THE POSITION

iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing the iSpot&Cortland E-Commerce team (team of 10) and developing E-Commerce activities by recommending new solutions, functionalities, products, etc. of the online store. Reporting directly to COO, the E-commerce Manager will be managing the online store and actively working with the online store warehouse, marketing department, sales department and IT department, building a positive customer experience of the online sales channel by developing its functionality and adapting to their need and preparing and controlling budget implementation, analyzing results. E-Commerce Manager will be responsible also for participating in the planning and implementation of marketing activities for the online sales channel, analyzing the market, competition and trends in the e-Commerce market and developing SEO and SEM strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

The Preferred candidates have minimum 5 years of professional experience in the e-commerce field, at least 3 years of experience in team management (managerial positions), practical knowledge of e-commerce tools such as GA4, SalesManago, Synerise, store platforms (AtomStore, 2Click, Magento, Shopify), as well as warehouse and accounting systems (Enova). Preferred candidate will have current knowledge of market trends and e-commerce best practice, ability to analyze traffic/user/sales data, draw appropriate conclusions and implement corrective action. Should be Open-mindedness and focus on the business side, having good command of English (min. B2 level). Knowledge of retail/premium products industry would be an asset. Preferred university degree in marketing, management, economics or related fields.

  • IT Systems Administrator

    Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit an IT Systems Administrator to support the restaurants and the head-office’s IT Operations.

    THE POSITION

    Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Systems Administrator will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth, efficient IT operations. This role includes promptly responding to user inquiries and offering support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize operational disruption.

    The Administrator will diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to point-of-sale systems, self-order kiosks, kitchen displays, and other restaurant technologies, as well as install, configure, and maintain restaurant-specific software applications and updates, including menu changes and promotional content.Working closely with the IT team, the Administrator will implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements to McDonald's technology. The role also involves supporting wired and wireless network connectivity to maintain consistent operations, tracking IT inventory and licenses, and ensuring adequate stock and accurate records of equipment within the restaurants. Additionally, the Administrator will provide training and guidance to restaurant staff on basic IT processes.

    In this position, the Administrator will ensure compliance with McDonald's IT security protocols, maintain thorough records of IT support requests and solutions, and assist in creating and updating user documentation.

    The Position

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Fluency in the English language is a must, and knowledge of other languages would be considered advantageous.
