Senior Financial Controller

THE POSITION

iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit a Senior Financial Controller.

Based in Warsaw office and reporting to the Financial Director, the Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for managing and preparing rolling forecast, preparing budgeting and monthly management reporting. Senior Financial Controller will be also responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), sales planning, OPEX controlling and planning, profitability analyzing, controlling over liquidity planning, calculating provisions and accruals, as well as providing a daily basis support for commercial teams.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or in Finance - related discipline, with at least 10 years’ of progressive experience in controlling, have the strong track record in business controlling and financial planning. Experience in Power BI, MS Excel and Power Query / VBA are essential. Knowledge of IFRS / IAS accounting principles are also a must. Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory. Professional financial qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CFA) would be a strong advantage, same as Retail Experience.
