Job Description
ApplyHili Ventures is seeking to recruit a Facilities Manager to assume responsibility for the security, services, maintenance and safety of its head office Nineteen Twenty Three in Marsa, Malta.
Reporting to the PA of the CEO & Chairman of Hili Ventures, the Facilities Manager is responsible for the general upkeep of the entire property, including equipment, health & safety, risk management, and compliance while ensuring staff enjoy a pleasant and safe environment. The Facilities Manager plans the departmental budget and prepares reports for senior management.
The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, vendors and authorities, manage the preventative maintenance programme, allocate duties to maintenance staff, plan and oversee refurbishment projects, ensure the property is secure at all times and lead the Health & Safety Committee

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in facilities management or equivalent with at least five years’ experience and be a self-starter, with expertise in building regulations and compliance, health and safety and preventive maintenance.
The preferred candidate will be a collaborative business partner with effective communication and negotiations skills, able to optimise service contracts and implement cost-efficiency improvement activities. A NEBOSH certificate will be advantageous.
