HR Business Partner

Motherwell Bridge Industries Limited is seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner to manage the day-to-day Human Resources function.

Based in Malta and reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Business Partner is responsible for recruitment and retention and supports the functional heads to ensure the company enjoys an engaging work environment. The HR Business Partner assists the management team with resource planning and implements strategies and training programmes, manages the recruitment, onboarding and induction processes, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in recruitment, managing performance and employee engagement, preferably holding an HR-related qualification, and able to demonstrate good collaboration, organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English and the drive to keep abreast with employment legislation are essential.
