iRiparo, the express mobile device repair service and refurbished phones retailer, is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day human resources function including recruitment and selection, engagement, and retention.
Based in Germany and reporting to the Director of Operations, the Human Resources Manager will support management team members to ensure an engaging working environment in compliance with the brand standards, best practices, and labour legislation.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate, in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Social Sciences, will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an international retail chain preferably in the electronics/consumer goods environment. Knowledge of German Employment Legislation and GDPR is crucial to this role. Fluency in both German and English is a must.
