Director of Finance (Major Projects)

Hili Ventures is seeking to recruit a Director of Finance (Major Projects) to join the group£s Chief Financial Officer£s team and support the group£s vision to scale successfully and sustainably.

Based in Malta and reporting to the group£s Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance (Major Projects) assumes a key role that entails the management of critical projects including valuation of businesses in the group£s acquisition pipeline, capital raising strategies and relations with international banks, and the co-ordination of public and private investment propositions and other activity on bond and equity markets.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with at least five years£ experience in the industry or within audit/consultancy firms. Experience with M&A analysis, fund-raising and investment market activity will be advantageous.

THE POSITION

Crew are engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

Handyman

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald£s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit an experienced Handyman.

THE POSITION

The Handyman will be responsible for the decoration, tiling and upkeep of the restaurants and all repairs and services in front and back of house, including inspection, servicing and repairs of pipework according to a preventive maintenance schedule as directed by the Restaurant Manager. The Handyman also assumes responsibility for the upkeep of the maintenance warehouse while monitoring stock levels.

Candidates must have a valid driving licence and applicants with Electrical Licence B will have an advantage.
