iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit an Operations Specialist - Internal Auditor.
Based in Warsaw and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Specialist - Internal Auditor will be responsible for participating in audit projects: analyzing, planning and preparing audit assignments, preparation of analysis reports, conducting change and process risk assessments, overseeing the implementation of post-audit recommendations, verification of sales and accounting records. Operations Specialist - Internal Auditor will also verifying the organization's compliance with the law and applicable regulations, verifying of compliance and completeness of internal regulations with applicable external legal acts, conducting operational audits, advising on improving the internal control system and improving efficiency, as well as collaborating with regional managers, finance department and CEO.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have university education and experience in a similar position, as well as experience in operational audits. The successful candidate will have knowledge of MS Office package and have solution-seeking attitude. Accurate, attentive and analytical are also a must. Fluent in English is mandatory.
The role will require willingness to travel frequently on business.
