Job Description
ApplyMotherwell Bridge Industries Limited is seeking a Payroll & HR Assistant to administer payroll and support the HR Business Partner in the running of the HR function.
Based in Malta and reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Payroll & HR Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time, for onboarding and offboarding processes, and for supporting HR operations. The role’s responsibilities include the management of staff files and statutory documentation required to ensure compliance.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience, preferably hold an HR-related qualification, and able to demonstrate good collaboration, organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English and the drive to keep abreast with employment legislation are essential.
