iSpot Poland is seeking to recruit a Service technician.
Based in Kraków and reporting to the Service Area Manager, the Service technician will diagnose reported defects, perform repairs, maintenance and other activities related to the maintenance of equipment. Service technician will use of applicable service documentation, procedures and procedure manuals, proper maintenance of service documentation, providing professional technical support to customers, achieving a high level of customer service in terms of services provided, as well as continuous expansion of service knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a consumer electronics repair. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Apple environment as a prerequisite, ability to organize own work and accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and demanding environment is also a must. Knowledge of English to be able to communicate freely and work with English language documentation is mandatory.
