THE POSITION
Reporting to the Training Manager,the Training Co-ordinator is responsible for elevating hospitality and customer care in the restaurants by delivering comprehensive programmes that enable restaurant crews to live up to the brand promise to make delicious feel good moments easy for everyone.
The Training Co-ordinator supports the Training Managerto ensure curriculum and training records are constantly updated, track and report training outcomes, coach, motivate and inspire teams, help realise training projects, and identify training and development needs to drive the most appropriate initiatives in line with staff and business needs.

THE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate a propensity for sharing knowledge and supporting people to succeed through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire others to deliver superior hospitality and customer care to guests. Experience in learning and development or education will be an asset.
