Director of Operations

Premier Capital plc is seeking to recruit a Director of Operations for the Baltics, to lead the market’s operational strategy and performance across its McDonald’s restaurants in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. This leadership role requires driving results through strategic planning, people development, and operational excellence, while safeguarding the McDonald’s brand in line with global standards.

Based in Riga and reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Operations will oversee restaurant performance, lead key investment initiatives such as remodels and new product rollouts, and ensure that all locations deliver superior customer experience and service quality. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture, guiding the operations team and developing internal talent in alignment with business goals.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a senior operations role, ideally within the catering, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant industry, and hold a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A proven ability to lead large teams, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across functions is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, a strong understanding of multicultural workforces, and a track record of achieving performance targets while upholding brand standards.
