Based in Vilnius and reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Training Baltics, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of the HR function, providing support to managers and employees in day-to-day HR matters, whilst working closely on the implementation of the company’s HR strategy. The HR Consultant will also be responsible for talent attraction and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recognition programmes, training and development programmes whilst ensuring policy and legal compliance for all employees across the market.
