    Premier Restaurants in Lithuania is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Consultant. Based in Vilnius and reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Training Baltics, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of the HR function, providing support to managers and employees in day-to-day HR matters, whilst working closely on the implementation of the company’s HR strategy. The HR Consultant will also be responsible for talent attraction and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recognition programmes, training and development programmes whilst ensuring policy and legal compliance for all employees across the market. The position will also facilitate the promotion of a positive team culture whilst strengthening and safeguarding the employer brand. Premier Capital is the McDonald’sbusiness within Hili Ventures, a group present in 10 countries engaged in multi-sited activities withMcDonald’s and Apple, logistics, marine & engineering, technology, oil & gas, property, hospitalityand leasing.THE REQUIREMENTS The preferred candidate will be a qualified HR professional, with two years of experience in a similar role, able to demonstrate a passion for developing people and leading them to progress. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, an in-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labour practices and legislation, and demonstrate an ability to develop trusting relationships across the organization. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is a requirement, whilst knowledge of Russian will be considered an asset.
