Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join its Marketing team.
THE POSITION
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing McDonald’s digital marketing strategy across mobile, social, and digital platforms. This includes managing the mobile app’s content, Mobile Order and Pay, loyalty programme, and CRM initiatives to drive usage growth, reacquisition, and retention.
The role also involves overseeing digital content across owned and third-party platforms, ensuring platform-specific optimisation while maintaining brand consistency. The chosen candidate will establish a structured framework for measuring digital performance, optimizing campaigns in real time, and aligning digital initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
Staying updated on digital trends and conducting market research will be essential in maintaining McDonald’s leadership in digital innovation. The role requires developing strategies to strengthen brand perception, foster social media engagement, and expand digital influence.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or tertiary level qualification in strategic marketing, digital marketing, data analysis or a relevant field, with at least two years’ experience in marketing a well-known brand.
