Premier Restaurants Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Coordinator on a temporary basis for a period of one year, under a definite contract.
THE POSITION
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Training, the HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day HR operations, with a particular focus on work permit-related administration at the head office in Marsa.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire work permit application process, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
The role also involves providing step-by-step guidance and ongoing support to employees throughout the process - from initial documentation to final approval - while acting as the main point of contact for any related queries.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have an ‘O' level standard of education, strong communication skills, and a supportive, team-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
