THE POSITION Based in Latvia and reporting to the Managing Director, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all supply chain matters. The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging and operations supply, whilst consistently adhering to McDonald’s standards.The Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the management team and will be involved in decisions related to Menu Management, Pricing, Budget, and Crisis management. THE REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or Logistics, and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, analytical and communications skills are crucial to the role.
